He's Not Cut Out for That Tournament (こいつはあの大会には向いてねぇよKoitsu wa ano taikai ni wa mui tené yo) is the fourth episode of the Aoharu x Kikanjuu anime series. It aired on July 24, 2015.

Toshizō Usanagi leads Hotaru Tachibana to test her aim and Tachibana misses every shot. Usanagi can't believe she is Toy Gun Gun newest member and Tachibana asks him for different test as she is still not good at shooting. Usanagi agrees and gives her the weapon she chose and tells she has 5 minutes to hit him while he runs around the store. However, Tachibana finds that not right and requests Usanagi get a weapon too. Usanagi agrees and realizes Tachibana personality won't allow her to use tricks and that she isn't fit for the tournament.
Meanwhile, Nagamasa Midori asks Tooru Yukimura if they found third member, otherwise they will miss again Top Gun Combat, but Yukimura blames him for that. Midori comments its because honest and straightforward people don't belong in TGC. Yukimura confirms that they got a new member and its a newbie who can't even shoot. Midori shows some sympathy, however Yukimura states that since he is stubborn and insists on his sense of justice, he voraciously attacks his opponents with overwhelming instincts.
Tachibana chases Usanagi and realizes the weapon shoots fast creating a line of pellets. She keeps chasing Usanagi, who can't believe the bloodlust he feels from Tachibana. Eventually Tachibana realizes she will run out of ammo as Usanagi attempts to show up and make her shoot. As the time is about to end, they both realize they are on the two sides of a wall. Using some acrobatics, Tachibana climbs the wall and prepares to shoot Usanagi. However, although Usanagi didn't intend to use his weapon, he pulls it out and shoots Tachibana's gun, making her drop it. She gets worried it may get damaged and thanks Usanagi for the game, even though she lost. Usanagi is impressed and decides to still give her the gun.
Tachibana heads down, telling Yukimura that she got a gun, but sees that Midori left. Yukimura gives the thousand yen to Usanagi, telling Tachibana that this is a secret and only few people know you can get the gun this way. Yukimura sees Tachibana with different gun and she explains Midori recommended it, making Yukimura realize Midori knew everything and he still believes he will win even if Tachibana has the best gun. Later, Takatora Fujimoto goes to pick Midori and notices he is in good mood and Midori states he found a new interesting toy.
Toy Gun Gun head for some practice games and Tachibana is excited to show her new gun and how good she is, however as the game starts in less than a minute she gets shot. She continuously gets quickly shot for the next few games. Before the next game, Masamune Matsuoka and Yukimura talk with Tachibana, explaining that she can't run just on instinct and needs to follow Matsuoka and play as a team. She finds that arrogant, which reminds Matsuoka of what Midori had told him. Matsuoka gets angry and drags Tachibana to the opposing team and asks them if Tachibana can be part of their team and they agree. The team tell Tachibana it may be good experience to be against Matsuoka, however Tachibana wonders if she is banished from Toy Gun Gun.
